Industrial Ventilation

Pure air for your workshops

In an industry, the installation of a ventilation system can meet different needs.

The need will determine the solution to be implemented. That is why NEU-JKF Delta NEU has a wide range of solutions that can meet your different needs.

What is an industrial ventilation system?

The different needs

Different configurations exist. But first of all, it is necessary to know your needs in order to determine the best solution to implement. What needs should your industrial ventilation meet?

- Protecting operators from airborne pollutants
- Protecting
products that require a certain air quality
- Improving
the comfort and hygiene of work areas
- Protecting
production tools
- Be integrated into a production process

A combination of everything?

Operating principle of industrial ventilation systems

An industrial ventilation system requires two basic parts: a natural air supply system and an exhaust system.
In general, an industrial ventilation system is made of:

- An air inlet
- Filters (if required)
- Fan
- Ducting
- Air recirculation device (if possible and/or necessary)

Protect, enhance, purify

Protecting the operators

Your ventilation solution will be most effective if it is specifically tailored to your workplace, manufacturing process requirements and maintenance needs. All local ventilation systems are designed to optimise extraction at source.
Our know-how and many years of experience guarantee the protection of operators: fewer accidents, less occupational illness and less absenteeism.

Improve product quality

Providing clean air in your production areas and protecting your products from contaminants by means of overpressure can very often improve the quality of your products (food, pharmaceutical, electronics, etc.)

Clean up your working environment

The extraction of stale air and the introduction of new air, sometimes filtered, in your workshops and production premises is essential in many cases; in particular in the presence of oil, smoke, heat, dust and vapours. NEU-JKF is specialised in the design and installation of industrial ventilation systems with controlled airflow:

- General ventilation
- Process ventilation
- Local ventilation
- Evaporative cooling system

Case study

Improving operator comfort in a textile industry

In a dyeing plant, the operators were confronted with heat-related discomfort. This company has a room containing 19 tanks or mixers for the preparation of dyes for textile finishing.

The first challenge was to extract the steam. By installing an "Extractair" roof ventilator and a PVC pipework extraction system, the steam could be extracted continuously.

In this case study you can see how the dyeing plant was able to improve the comfort of its operators.
