Bag filter collectors offer large filtration surfaces and handle very high airflow rates. They are ideal for processes generating large volumes of dust.
A versatile solution covering a wide airflow range, from a small workstation to an industrial installation. The POLUCLEAN® SI, compact and multi-pocket, fits as close as possible to the machines.
Cartridges provide a large filtration surface in a compact volume, for a controlled footprint and high efficiency on fine, dry dust.
Wet filtration is particularly suited to explosive, damp or sticky dust, trapping the particles in water to control the risk.

Dust extraction installation in a polishing workshop (Parmentier Polissage, Seine-Maritime, France)
In its metal-part polishing workshop, Parmentier Polissage needed to capture all the airborne metal dust — copper, aluminium, brass, stainless steel, brush fibres and polishing paste — released at the workstations.
This toxic dust, which also presents an explosion risk (ATEX), required bringing the premises into compliance, with support from the INRS and Carsat. As the existing installation was too inefficient, a new high-performance dust extraction system was needed.
Delta NEU installed 6 capture points as close as possible to the emission zones, with hoods adjustable to the part and tool, complemented by an articulated swivel arm for larger parts.
Through a galvanised-steel ductwork, the air reaches a cyclone that separates the coarse particles, fibres and polishing paste, before an ATEX bag-filter dust collector fitted with a non-return valve. Two drums provide centralised recovery into bags. The workshop is kept under negative pressure, discharging clean air outside.
