Installation of a high-performance filtration system at DOM Nederland (Netherlands)
In its workshop producing bespoke keys, DOM Nederland needed to extract the fine metallic dust generated by its machines to protect operators — while reintroducing the treated air into the workshop to create an "air curtain" and avoid heat loss.
Delta NEU Benelux installed a FILTRACLEAN ECO unit, with a capture study on 6 machines and a 3-stage filtration process (M6, F8, then E11 for absolute filtration). The purified air is returned to the workshop through a spiral duct fitted with diffusers, with no fresh-air intake and no additional heating cost.
